How the Booking Process and Beauty Experience Works

Step #1 Discovery Session

Let's Create Magic...

Energy is so important to us! We take being your trusted beauty advisor seriously. It's important to us that you're 100% comfortable and that we vibe during the most intimate and precious moments of your wedding day. We start off with a virtual discovery session. You'll meet our client experience coordinator who will make sure we have all the details and answer any outstanding questions you have. After the session you'll receive an estimate via email outlining the investment and next steps.

Step #2 Welcome to the Society!

Once you're all booked via contract, retainer, and officially a member of our Society, you'll have an opportunity to share more details about yourself. We are kind of obsessed with our brides and couples, so we LOVE to see your wedding website (with your love story) as well as the basics like your mood board and inspiration pics.

Step #3 Get A Sneak Peak

The bridal preview is one of our favorite moments with our brides. It's our chance to get to know you even more and talk about the wedding journey as we curate your custom look together. It's even better when you wear a white or cream top and bring your accessories with you. It truly is a PREVIEW of how you will look on your wedding day. We love to throw in a little photoshoot at the end so you have some pictures to reference for any tweaks or adjustments you want to make.

Step #4 Confirm Final Details

We'll request everyone in your wedding party to share details about themselves and the look that they are going for via questionnaire so that we can create a getting ready schedule that accommodates everyone's specific needs. We also share tips to prepare for hair and makeup so that everyone knows what to expect. In addition, our goal is to make sure that we are in alignment with your planner, photographer, videographer, etc. to ensure that everyone is ready on time.

Step #5 Your Wedding Day

Rest and relax knowing that it is time to be pampered and to feel like the most gorgeous, most confident version of yourself. When we arrive, we set the atmosphere that allows you fully immerse yourself in the experience of being surrounded by the most important people in your life in preparation the biggest moment of your life.

We are your trusted beauty team for one of the most special days of your life. We don't just DO hair and makeup. We make sure you have a seamless and stress-free experience while looking like the Queen or King that you are! Most of our couples invest on average $1600-$3000 on hair and makeup for the wedding party

How far in advance should I book my beauty wedding hair and makeup team?

You'll want to book 6-12 months in advance so that you can secure your team and have a stress-free getting-ready experience.

How do I book my wedding hair and makeup?

First, complete your bridal profile. Once you complete your bridal profile the next step is to book a Discovery Session. We set up this touchpoint so that we have a full understanding of your needs before drafting an agreement. This consultation is also to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. Energy is everything! After the phone consultation, we'll email you an invoice (50% retainer) and agreement for signature.

Do bridal packages include a trial/preview and when should I book my preview?

Bridal packages include a 2-hour hair or makeup and up to 3-hour Hair & Makeup preview where we create your dream bridal look from start to finish. This appointment should be booked 2-3 months before the wedding date.
