Can I book my preview on a weekend?

To dedicate our full attention and energy to our beautiful weekend brides, previews are typically scheduled Wednesday through Friday. However, we understand that life, and travel, can sometimes complicate things! If you are traveling from out of town or have a particularly tricky schedule, please let us know. We are always happy to discuss unique situations and find a solution whenever possible.

We completely understand wanting to feel 100% confident before making a commitment. If you’d like to see our artistry in action before reserving your wedding date, you are always welcome to book a standard hair or makeup appointment with us. This is a great, low-pressure way to experience our professional approach and our signature style firsthand.

Most definitely! Our team prides itself on being experienced with the full spectrum of hair textures and styles. We confidently work with curly, coily, wavy, straight, natural, color-treated, short, long, braided, and protective styles. We guarantee that every single person in your party will feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.

Does the makeup services include lashes?

Yes, they do! Lashes are the perfect finishing touch. All of our makeup applications include customized lashes—whether that’s a beautiful strip lash or subtle individual clusters. We select them based on your eye shape and the overall vision for your look, always ensuring it's an enhancement that elevates your look, never one that overwhelms it.

How many artists will be assigned to my wedding?

The size of your beauty team is carefully customized for you. We determine the number of artists based on your party size, your desired timeline, and key logistics (like venue access and photo schedules). We’ll discuss all these details during your discovery session and recommend the ideal team size to guarantee a smooth and relaxing getting-ready experience.

How long does hair and makeup services take?

We allocate generous but efficient time slots for everyone! While service timing can vary based on the desired style, here is a general guide:

• Wedding Party Services: Average 45–60 minutes per person.

• Bridal Services: Typically range from 60–90 minutes.

We deliver a completely customized getting-ready timeline well in advance. This means everyone in your party knows exactly when to be ready—and you are free from having to manage any of the details!

Do you travel on the wedding day?

Absolutely! We travel to wherever you are getting ready on your wedding day for your ultimate convenience and comfort. We believe the pampering should come to you! Travel fees may apply for locations outside of the immediate Richmond, VA area, but we will always review these details with you transparently and in advance.

What happens if I need to reschedule my wedding?

Your agreement includes clear rescheduling language designed to protect both your interests and our team. While retainers are non-refundable, we are happy to transfer them to a new date if we have the availability. All specific details regarding date changes are clearly outlined in your contract and reviewed during our initial booking process.
